6 lbs first cut brisket
1 large onion
3 Carrots
Garlic
1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the brisket.
Chop carrots, onion, and garlic into small cubes.
Heat oil in large dutch oven. Add carrots, onion, garlic, and paprika. After they soften a bit, remove from the pan. Put the brisket in the same dutch oven, and sear it on all sides. Add back the carrots, onions and garlic and add the canned tomatoes. Cover and put in a 350º oven for 4 hours.
