1 pkg. of Pillsbury Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Mix
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped pecans
I sm. jar lemon curd

Directions:
Directions:
Use pastry blender or two knives to mix together. Reserve 1 cup of "crumbs".
Flatten balance into bottom and sides of tart pan. Bake per cookie instructions 13-18 minutes at 350º. Soften lemon curd in microwave (1 minute or less). Spread lemon curd on baked crust, to within 1 inch of edge. Sprinkle remaining crumbles on top. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
