Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans evaporated milk
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 can sweet condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
8 eggs
1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine eggs, milk, salt and sugar. Mix well. Add vanilla, salt and cornstarch. Mix well. Melt 1/2 cup sugar in pan under low heat stirring constantly to make the caramel. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 1-1/2 hours. Put the pan that has the mixture into a larger pan with 2 cups of water so that the oven heat does not directly cook the flan. The flan needs to be cooked by the heat of the water. Let sit a room temperature for 3 hours and refrigerate.

Here's another option: Add a can of Coco Goya and some toasted coconut on top.
