1 lg. can pineapple tidbits or chunks - 20 oz.
1 c. sugar (can use less)
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated or shredded cheese (cheddar is good)
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple and spread in greased 8 x 8 pan. Mix flour and sugar and sprinkle over pineapple. Spread cheese over pineapple. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and spread over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Good hot or cold.
