½ lb. butter room temperature
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tps vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tps baking soda
1 tps baking powder
½ cup raisins or chocolate chips

Topping

2/3 cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 10 inch tube pan.
Cream butter, eggs, sour cream and vanilla in a bowl with a mix master.
In another bowl mix sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, raisins or chocolate chips.
Combine all ingredients in the mix master bowl and beat for two minutes.

Line greased pan with 1/3 of topping mixture, spoon in ½ of the batter and spread smoothly.
Add another third of topping, spoon remaining batter into pan and spread evenly
Add rest of topping.

Bake for 40 minutes. Cool on a rack and remove from pan.
