6 squares semi sweet chocolate
4 tbs water
4 eggs separated
¾ cup plus 1 tbs sugar
¼ cup orange liqueur
10 tbs soft butter
½ tsp salt
1 cup heavy cream whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and water in double boiler over hot water (not boiling).

Mix egg yolks in a small pan with ¾ cup sugar. Heat on low light stirring until thickened; do not allow to boil.

Remove from heat and add liqueur.
Beat butter into melted chocolate mixture and when smooth add to egg and sugar mixture.

Fold in whipped cream.

Beat egg whites with 1 tbs sugar until stiff.

Fold into chocolate mixture.

Pour into serving bowl.

Serve with extra whipped cream.
