3 or 4 lb roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c water
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour over roast. Bake at 225º till done, or it can be done on top of the stove over low heat. This roast is very good.
