2 lbs lean ground beef
2 c fresh white or wheat bread crumbs (about 4 pieces)
1/2 c milk
1/2 c minced onion
2 eggs
2 tsp salt ( I use 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Lowry’s seasoned salt)
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix well lean ground beef, fresh bread crumbs and remaining
ingredients. Spoon mixture into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan (I use Dutch oven). Level top. Bake in 350° F oven for 1 1/2 hours. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes at room temperature, pour off and discard drippings. Remove from pan to plate. Enjoy!
