1 lb ham, cooked and finely ground
1 lb ground pork
1/8 c milk
1 1/2 c crushed cornflakes
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c packed brown sugar
1 tbls ground mustard
1/2 tsp salt

GLAZE:
1 c packed brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1 tbls ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first eight ingredients; blend just until mixed. Shape into 1 inch balls. Place in a single layer in a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine glaze ingredients; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Spoon over ham balls. Cover and bake at 350° F for 15-20 minutes. Un-cover and bake 15-20 minutes more or until ham balls are just beginning to brown. Stir gently to re-cover in glaze. Serve warm.
