1 lb ground beef
3/4 c of dried bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c water
3/4 tsp salt
1 sm onion, finely chopped
2 tbls oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 6 ingredients and shape into meatballs. Brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Put meatballs in baking dish. Pour can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water over the meatballs. Bake at 350° F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
