2 egg whites
1 box confectioners sugar
peanut butter
vanilla

Beat egg whites until stiff. Sift sugar and mix almost whole box with egg whites. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. When mixture is too stiff to stir with a spoon, roll dough sprinkling with remaining sugar. Roll out to one fourth inch thick. Spread peanut butter over the dough and roll in a long roll. Let candy set a few minutes and slice one half inch slices. Lay on waxed paper. Store in an air tight container.
