Ingredients:  
1 ½ to 2 lbs. chop meat
1 cup scant Italian bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
1-2 eggs
1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper

Sauce:
½ cup ketchup
1 cup beef bouillon
2 Tbs Worchester sauce
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tsp mustard
1 clove garlic minced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix meat items together and form into loaf in a baking dish.

Put in oven.

Mix sauce ingredients together and heat.

After meat has been cooking for 30-45 minutes, pour sauce over and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until cooked through.
