1 cup matzo meal
½ cup water
4 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tsp salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add water, melted butter, salt and pepper to beaten egg. Mix well.
Add matzo meal and mix well.
Put in refrigerator for at least two hours, till it is set. Do overnight if can.
Boil a large pot of water with some chicken bullion in it for flavor.
Wet hands and take a tsp. of mixture and make into round balls.
Drop each ball into the boiling water.
Cover pot and shake very slightly so balls separate.
Boil for at least 45 minutes, till soft and puffy.
Pick up with slotted spoon and put into hot soup.

Don't cook these in the soup, as they'll soak up all the liquid.
