Minced Clams Recipe

8 oz. fresh minced clams
2 cloves minced garlic
1 T diced onion
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1/8 t salt
1 T parsley
2 T olive oil
½ t oregano
1/8 cup white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sautee onion and garlic in oil.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Add as much clam juice as needed to moisten mixture.
Put in clamshells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Put in oven for 25 - 30 minutes, till clams are nice and hot.
