1 medium onion diced
1 box Baby Bella mushrooms sliced
1 container of dried mushrooms.
1 15 oz. can of stewed tomatoes crushed by hand
3 carrots diced
2 stalks celery diced
½ cup pearl barley, rinse
1/4 cup baby lima beans
Beef marrow bones
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute one sliced onion and sliced mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter.

Soak dried mushrooms in hot water, till soft and clean. Cut up.

Add to onion and mushroom mixture.

Add about 8 cups of water.

Add small can of stewed tomatoes crushed in your hand.

Add diced carrots and celery, ½ cup of barley, ¼ cup small lima beans, beef marrow bones, salt and pepper.

Begin cooking covered, once boiling, open cover a bit, and cook 2-3 hours.

Add beef bullion if needed for flavor
