2 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 eggs, separated
2 c milk
1/4 c butter, melted

Strawberry Sauce:
1 package frozen sliced strawberries in light syrup
3/4 c sugar
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, egg yolks, milk and melted butter. Mix with electric beater until batter is smooth. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold egg whites into batter.

Drop spoonfuls of batter onto lightly greased hot pan or griddle. When bubbles appear, flip to other side.

Serve with warm strawberry sauce and whipped cream, or any of your favourite toppings.

Strawberry Sauce:
In a saucepan, add sugar to strawberries and boil for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Sauce will thicken.
