4 c sliced celery
4 T margarine
3 T flour
1 t salt
1 c milk
1 - 3 oz can chopped mushrooms
2 T chopped green peppers
2 T chopped pimentos
4 oz sharp American cheese (1 cup)
1 c soft bread crumbs
2 T margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery in margarine until tender about 5 minutes. Push to one side and stir in flour and salt, add mild at once, cook and stir till thick, stir in mushrooms, peppers and pimentos. Add in cheese, cook until melted. Combine bread crumbs and margarine and sprinkle over top.

Bake at 350º for 20 minutes
