Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 sticks butter
1 lg. jar or 2 small jars marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 lg. Baker's Secret German Chocolate Bars
1 bag Nestles Chocolate Chips - 12 oz.
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Before you begin, chop the walnuts, break apart the chocolate bars and open the bag of chocolate chips. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large stock pot. You need at least 6 inches between the ingredients and the top of the pot as the mixture will be bubbling. Stir over medium heat until blended. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and continue boiling 5 - 7 minutes while constantly stirring (keep heat on medium high). Mixture will be a light caramel color. Remove from the heat. Add vanilla, chocolate bar pieces and chocolate chips. Stir until everything has melted and the mixture is smooth. Then add walnuts if desired. If you put the nuts in first, you won't be able to tell when all the chocolate is melted! Pour onto one large or two smaller parchment paper lined jelly roll type pan(s) with a 1 inch border and cool. If you don't have parchment paper, make sure the pan is greased well. Cut into desired size pieces after cooled. Store in the refrigerator. Yields: approximately 5 lbs.
