Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 c Bisquick baking mix
¾ c milk
4 Tbsp butter (1/2 stick)
1/2 c grated orange sharp cheddar cheese (I use 1 cup)

Topping
1/3 c butter, melted
¼ tsp dried parsley flakes
¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Directions on box: melt butter and mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms. Suggested alternative: Combine Bisquick with cold butter in a medium bowl using a pastry cutter or a large fork. You don't want to mix too thoroughly. There should be small chunks of butter in there that are about the size of peas. Add cheddar cheese, milk, and seasonings. Mix by hand until combined, but don't over mix.
3. Drop spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. For large biscuits drop approximately ¼-cup portions of the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet using an ice cream scoop or large spoon. I prefer smaller biscuits: use a 'cookie' scoop or tablespoon to drop.
4. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits are golden brown.(NOTE: they brown better on top with only one cookie sheet in the oven at once). Melt and mix topping (below) while they are baking.
5. Immediately brush hot biscuits with butter topping using a pastry brush (use all topping). Serve Warm.
TOPPING:
Place butter, salt, Old Bay, garlic powder, and parsley flakes in microwavable bowl or measuring cup, microwave until melted. Mix.

Modification of recipe from Bisquick box. These are amazing.
