32 or more Kraft caramels
5 tbsp evaporated milk
1 c flour
1 c quick oatmeal
3/4 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c melted butter
6 oz chocolate chips
1/2 c pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt caramels and milk in double boiler (I use microwave). Set aside and let cool.
Mix all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and pecans. Press 1/2 mixture into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º F for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with chips and pecans. Spread with caramel mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Bake another 15 minutes.
