1 lb ground chuck
1/2 C onion, chopped
1 garlic clove
2 cans Diced Tomatoes 15 oz
1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
1 T Dried Parsley
1 t Sugar
1/2 t Dried Basil
Salt and pepper
9 Lasagna Noodles
1 1/2 C Cottage Cheese
2 T Parmesan cheese
1 t Parsley
1 t Oregano
1/4 C Parmesan
4 to 5 C Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir hamburger, onion, garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste, Drain. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, 1 T parsley, sugar and basil. Heat to boiling and simmer till thick. Cook noodles. Reserve 1/4 c sauce.
Combine cottage cheese 2 T Parmesan, 1 t parsley, 1 t oregano. Mix all the above in a small bowl. Layer 1/3 each of the noodles, sauce mixture, cottage cheese mixture and mozzarella in ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Repeat 2 times. Top with reserved sauce. Sprinkle 1/4 Parmesan cheese. Cook uncovered in 350º oven 45 min. Let stand 15 min.
