Ingredients:  
4 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb butter
1 large can condensed milk
28 marshmallows cut up
3 pkg chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, butter, condensed milk in a pan and bring to a boil.

Pour over marshmallows and chocolate chips and stir until blended.

Pour into a buttered pan.

Chill.
