Taco Pie Recipe

1 lb ground beef
1 taco seasoning packet
Tostitos Corn Chips
1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 c sour cream
Diced tomato
Shredded lettuce
Sliced black olives
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and add taco seasoning.
Lay crescent rolls into pie tin. Do not tear into triangles. You will use this as your pie crust.
Crush chips and place a thin layer on top of crust.
Add your browned/seasoned beef.
Layer sour cream on top of beef.
Layer cheese on top of sour cream.
Place a thicker layer of crushed chips on top of cheese.
Back in oven according to crescent roll directions on tube.

Optional
Place lettuce, olives, and tomatoes on top of pie after slicing and serving.

I received this recipe from one of my best friends in high school. His mother made this all the time and it was so popular she would make about 10 at a time and deliver them around town! You'll love it!
