4 Cups Brown Sugar
7 Cups Flour
1 Cup Lard
4 Eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp Cream of Tartar or 1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup peanuts or raisins or coconut
salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 ºF

Mix all together. Form into rolls and refrigerate overnight. Slice off and bake in quite a hot oven.

Bake 10-12 minutes
