Sauce:
2 cans tomatillas verdes (little green tomatoes)
1 pint sour cream

Enchiladas:
1 c cooked chicken, shredded
1 1/2 c mild cheese, grated
1/2 c chopped onion
12 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Drain most of the liquid from tomatoes and combine with sour cream in blender. Heat to slow simmer. Meanwhile, combine chicken, 1 c of cheese and onions and mix well. Dip tortillas, one at a time, in the sauce until they are soft enough to roll without tearing. Fill with chicken mixture. Roll and place in shallow baking dish. Pout remaining sauce over them. Sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
