2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 c graham cracker crumbs
3 eggs separated
1-1/3 c, 1 can, Eagle condensed milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 c apple sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter and cinnamon to graham cracker crumbs. Spread thick layer of crumbs on bottom of buttered cake pan Beat egg yolks well; add milk, lemon juice, rind, and apple sauce. Fold in stiffly beatten egg whites.
Pour into pan and cover with remaining crumbs.

Bake at 350º

Serve hot or cold.
