1 cup softened butter
1 8oz pkg. softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 pkg (3.4oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In large bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the flour, pudding mix and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle.
2. Roll dough into 1 inch balls. Place cookies 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass.
3.) Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks.

Delicious!
Red/Green Chocolate chips you find at Christmas are really tasty and look pretty for the holidays.
Milk chocolate chips do not work as well
