2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp Slivered Almonds
4 chicken breasts
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp onion salt
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 c chicken broth
1 bullion cube
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 pkg chicken flavored Rice-a-roni

Directions:
Directions:
Brown almonds in butter and set aside.
Brown chicken on all sides.
Then place in oven and bake til done. (350º 15 - 20 min)
Stir next 6 ingredients into butter in pan.
Add 2 c hot water.
Reduce heat, add chicken, cover and simmer 25 min.
Adding more water if needed.
Remove chicken and place in casserole surrounded with the cooked rice.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch.
Serve sauce with chicken and rice which has been covered with almonds.
Or cover chicken and rice with sauce and heat in oven for 5 min then serve.
