2 racks of Baby Back Ribs
1 bottle of liquid Smoke
pork rub
Baby Rays BBQ sauce
1 cup water
salt/pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In baking pan place 1 cup water, 6 shakes of liquid smoke.
Coat ribs with pork rub, salt and pepper. Place ribs in baking pan, meat side UP. Cover with aluminum tight.
Bake @ 225 for 2 1/2 hours. The longer you cook it the softer the ribs will be.

Remove from over and drain baking pan. Coat ribs with BBQ sauce, place back in baking pan and broil for 2-3 min. Remove and enjoy.
