1 Envelope Knox plain gelatin
1/2 C cold water
3/4 C boiling water
3/4 C sugar
Pinch salt
5-6 Peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften. Add sugar, salt, boiling water and stir until thoroughly dissolved. When liquid starts to thicken and set, add peaches and put in a 9" baked pie shell.

If you use strawberries, increase sugar to 1 cup and a quart of strawberries.
