4 Bone-in Chicken Breast Halves
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 - 3/4 tsp kosher salt
pepper to taste
1 cup favorite prepared BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove skin from chicken and place in a ziplock bag.
2 Combine olive oil, paprika, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl; then pour over chicken.
3. Let chicken marinade for 1-24 hours in refrigerator.
4. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
5. Remove chicken from bag and place on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper,
6. Bake chicken for 20 minutes then brush with a layer of BBQ sauce. Continue baking for 20 more minutes, brushing with more BBQ sauce every 5 minutes. (Chicken is done when it reaches 165ºF when a thermometer is inserted in the thickest part of the breast).

My favorite BBQ sauce for this chicken is Kraft Char-Grill. You can only buy it in stores in the South, but your can buy a case of 12 from Amazon.
