Chicken Pieces
1 Egg, beaten
Flour

Sauce:
3 tbsp. Soya Sauce
3 tbsp. Water
1 c. White Sugar
1/2 c. Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and set aside. Dip Chicken in egg and coat with flour. Fry until brown and crisp. Place in a roaster and pour sauce over meat. Bake at 350ºF for about 3/4 of an hour. Spoon sauce over chicken during cooking.
