6 loin pork chops 1/2 inch thick
2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1 (3.5 oz) can french fried onion rings
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat from chops. Heat fat in skillet until about 2 Tablespoon melted fat has collected. Remove trimmings. Coat chops in mixture of flour, salt, and pepper. Brown in hot fat. Combine soup, water, ginger, and rosemary; pour over chops. Sprinkle 1/2 the onion rings, cover and bake for 50 minutes or until meat is tender at 325-350º. Uncover, sprinkle remaining onions and continue baking 10 minutes. Remove meat to platter, blend sour cream into soup mixture (gravy). Heat through, serve with meat.
