1 bun or 2 slices of bread
1 slice of cheese
1 slice of ham
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl beat egg with fork. Place in microwave for 30 seconds.

Add slice ham and cheese to bun and microwave for 10 seconds. Add egg. Season with salt and pepper.
