125g block cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 cups AP flour
1/2 cup each sugar & butter/margarine, melted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. each baking soda & salt
1 egg
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese & 3 Tbsp. sugar until smooth; set aside.
2. Place flour, 1/2 cup sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda & salt in large bowl. Stir well. Make a well in center.
3. Combine egg, milk & butter in separate bowl. Pour into well. Stir just until moistened.
4. Fill 12 greased muffin cups 1/2 full.
5. Make small dent in batter with the back of a spoon.
6. Spoon about 2 1/2 tsp. cream cheese mixture into each dent.
7. Spoon remaining batter over top.
8. Bake at 375º for 18-20mins or until firm to the touch.
9. Cool 5mins in pan then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
