2 to 3 lbs side ribs cut sweet & sour size
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup brown sugar (not packed)
1 med onion (sliced)
3/4 cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs in bite size pieces.Place ribs in paper bags with the flour. Shake to coat them. Brown ribs in cooking oil in a large pot.
Put in rest of ingredients with browned ribs and simmer for one hour.
