Ingredients:  
■1 ½ lbs. 85% ground beef
■1 cup diced onion
■1 tsp minced garlic
■2 eggs, well beaten
■¾ cup bread or cracker crumbs
1/4 cup of Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. black pepper ( I use a little more)
salt to taste

For Gravy:■2 tbsp flour
■16 oz beef or veal stock
Kitchen Bouquet until desired color




Directions:

Work all ingredients together and pattie out your desired size and shape.
Brown patties on both sides and finish cooking.

Remove patties. Add flour to make a roux. Then add beef stock and kitchen bouquet. Cook until desired consistency.
Add back beef patties and cook until desired doneness.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
