2 Tbs. Chili powder
2 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs. Garlic powder
1 Tbs. Onion powder
1 Tbs. Black pepper
1 Tbs. Sugar
2tsp. Dry mustard
1Tbs Bay leaf crushed

Brisket ( one that is about size of 13/9 pan)

Mix all rub ingredients together.rub on Brisket

OVEN METHOD:Bake at 350 for one hour uncovered. Add at least 1-1/2 cup beef broth to the pan. COVER TIGHTLY. BAKE FOR ANOTHER 3 hours or longer

SMOKING METHOD. Smoke 3 hours using wood chips of choice. Place in pan, add 1-1/2 cup beef broth.COVER TIGHTLY. Bake 350 for 3 hours
