18 oz. Kraft BBQ Sauce
20 oz. tomato ketchup
10 oz. soy sauce
5 oz. worcestershire sauce
4 oz. wine vinegar
1 stick butter
12 oz. tomato paste
8 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. light brown sugar
2 oz. bottle Tobasco hot sauce
2 c. white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a Dutch Oven and turn burner on high.

2. Stir constantly until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed as they come to a boil.

3. Let boil for 5 mins., stirring constantly.

4. Lower temperature to low.

5. Simmer for 10 mins., stirring frequently.

6. Add sugar, a portion at a time, tasting each time. Each time sugar is added, bring to a boil for 5 mins. Final taste should be sweet/sour/hot, in that order.

7. Simmer for 20 to 30 mins.

*This sauce make a large volume and can be kept frozen, as it will not freeze solid.
