2 c cut-up fully cooked ham
1 c shredded swiss cheese (about 4 oz)
1/2 c chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c milk
1 c Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (about 1 min with hand beater) Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, (35 - 40 min) Cool 5 minutes.
