Maple Glazed Bacon Recipe

1 lb sliced bacon
1/3 c maple flavored syrup
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Separate bacon slices and place in a heavy plastic bag. Combine syrup and pepper. Pour over bacon. Gently squeeze and turn bag to coat bacon with mixture.

Line a large jellyroll pan with foil. Place rack in the pan and arrange bacon.

Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 45 - 50 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Do not over bake.
