4-5 Wealthy apples
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C butter (the size of an egg)
1/2 C sweet milk
1 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Slice apples in a deep buttered pie tin, mixed with 1/2 cup sugar. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over apples. Bake until done. Remove from oven and immediately turn upside down on serving plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, dot with butter. Serve hot with cheese or rich milk or ice cream.
