1 (16 oz) package cole slaw mix
1 or 2 bunches green onions, diced (tops included)
1 cup sunflower seeds (dry roasted or salted)
1 cup sliced almonds (preferred) or slivered
2 packages Chicken Flavored Ramen Noodles, crushed (add flavor packet to dressing below)

Dressing:
3/4 cup canola oil
1/3 cup white or apple cider vinegar (your choice)
1/2 cup sugar
2 Ramen noodle flavoring packets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad ingredients well.

Mix dressing ingredients in small saucepan. Warm the dressing to dissolve sugar in the oil and vinegar. Pour over salad mix and toss well to coat.

Easy to take on pot luck. Refrigerate leftovers. Keeps well for 2-3 days in fridge.
