1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 square or once of unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup dry unsweetened cocoa
Dash salt
1/2 cup cream or evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Mix together sugar, cocoa and salt, add to chocolate mixture. Mix together until smooth. Slowly add cream and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
