4 - 5 Ib Chuck roast
1 pkg Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
1 pkg au jus gravy mix
1 small jar peperoncini, drained
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse roast and put into crock pot. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix over roast, then sprinkle au jus gravy mix over ranch mix, lay butter on top. Arrange peperoncini around butter. Do not add any liquid. Cook on low for 8 hours. Enjoy!!
