4 salmon filets with skin
olive oil
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat BBQ to medium. Take a large piece of foil and fold up the ends to form a tray. Spray the foil with a cooking spray and place salmon skin side down. Brush the top of the filets with olive oil. In a small sauce pan heat the syrup,sugar and pecans over medium heat about 4-5minutes.

While the glaze is heating, transfer the foil try to the BBQ. Cook for 6 minutes then spread glaze over the salmon. Cook another 2 minutes. Remove salmon while leaving the skin on the foil.
