1 Box yellow cake mix
1 Small (3.4 oz) pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 C pumpkin mix
1/2 C oil
1/2 C water
3 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4-1 tsp pure vanilla

Directions:
Grease and flour 9x13-inch pan. Beat all ingredients with mixer on low speed just until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven at 350º for about 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

Frosting: Beat 1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese, 1/4 C softened butter and 1 tsp vanilla until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 box (16 oz) confectioners sugar until smooth. You may add 1/4 tsp cloves if you like.
