3 green peppers- seeded and finely chopped (use red peppers for red jelly)
2 3 1/2 oz cans jalapeņo peppers, with seeds
1 1/2 c white vinegar
6 1/2 c white sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp cayenne pepper (I definitely use 1 tsp and a pinch more)
6 oz bottle certo liquid

Chop all peppers and combine them with vinegar, sugar, and cayenne pepper In a large pot, cooking over medium high heat, stirring until mixture begins to boil. Add certo and boil 5 minutes more, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars.

Serve over cream cheese and crackers or spoon on a grilled chicken breast for a nice change of flavor.
