1 Envelope Knox plain gelatin
1/2 C Cold water
3/4 C boiling water
3/4 C sugar
Pinch salt
5-6 peaches
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle gelatin on cold water to soften; add sugar, salt, boiling water and stir until thoroughly dissolved. When liquid starts to thicken and set, add peaches and put in a 9" baked pie shell. You can use strawberries, increase sugar to 1 C and a quart of strawberries.
