6 Slices bacon
3 T sugar
1/2 C vinegar
2 T water
4 C sliced cooked potatoes
2 1/2 C undrained sauerkraut
1 C chopped celery
1 C chopped onion
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp; remove slices and reserve drippings. Add sugar, vinegar and water to drippings; boil 5 minutes; remove from heat. Combine potatoes, kraut, and celery, onions and celery seed. Add vinegar mixture and mix lightly. Put in 8x12-in baking dish. Crumble bacon slices and sprinkle over kraut mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
